New World Hospitality (NWH) was founded in 1995, with the sole purpose of investing and creating hospitality concepts that harness the personality of the people behind them whilst having a conscious and sustainable approach from inception to creation and delivery.
NWH was established with its own brand, myhotels located in Bloomsbury (1997), Chelsea (2002) and Brighton (2008) and also developed a Travelodge (Emirates Stadium) as well as a plethora of concessions (Central Working, Tanya's, The Chilli Pickle etc.)

Andreas Thrasyvoulou
Founder & Chairman NWH
Andreas is the founder of NWH and boutique hotel brand, myhotels in 1999. A trained architect and property investor who's worked with celebrated designers such as Conran & Partners, Karim Rashid, Project Orange and Design Haus Liberty to name a few.
Andreas is the acting Chairman for the group and has assumed the role of mentor to Jason and Steph whilst supporting the next generation. He is a devoted meditator and passionate about his 100 year plan for an eco-resort called "Ahamtouli" is Corfu, Greece.
Jason Catifeoglou
CEO & Co-Founder
Jason is the CEO for NWH and the Co-Founder of The Pilgrm and The Lulu. Jason is a passionate hospitality professional and has a keen eye for design and creativity whilst often describing himself as a "frustrated designer". Jason is responsible for Operations, Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, Creative and the Group's Culture.
Jason started his career in hospitality over 20 years ago with myhotels where he first met Andreas and Steph before a short stint at Intercontinental Hotel Group and then The Zetter Group where he was a Partner and Co-Founded The Zetter Townhouse and Grain Store.
Steph Thrasyvoulou
CEO & Co-Founder
Steph is Co-CEO and Co-Founder at The Pilgrm and The Lulu and is responsible for development, property matters, legal and commercial aspects for the Group. As a developer and project director, Steph has over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential development.
His professional story with NWH dates back to 2006 during the development of the award winning myhotel Brighton. He went on to manage, conceive and bring to life a wide variety of projects earning a reputation for his habit of being able to see around corners.
Sarah Cameron
Operations Director
Sarah started at My Hotels in 2009 as a Sales Manager before moving into Operations as a General Manager and then in 2016 was promoted to the role of Operations Director.
Sarah works alongside Jason and is responsible for the day-to-day running of all hotels ensuring all properties meet the required safety & procedural obligations, whilst also managing the Human Resource function, including people development & training for the Group.
Phyo Zaw Win
Finance Director
Phyo is a 20+ year veteran at NWH whose career has flourished over the years and now leads the Finance team and IT function for the Group. Phyo is a strategic thinker who sits on the Board of Directors for NWH, is a partner at The Chilli Pickle and is responsible for all finance matters.
Phyo works closely with Steph on all property matters and manages all external Bank relationships and compliance.
The Wider Team
Alongside the NWH Team is a great bunch of collaborators with a number of professionals and creatives from design and architectural disciplines to artists and makers, public relations and marketing all of whom contribute to the success of the Group.
Working alongside NWH, this group of professionals extends our team to a world class collective.
